International Women’s Alliance (IWA) Terms and Conditions for Donations

Thank you for supporting the International Women’s Alliance (IWA) and its Lift as You Rise Program. Your generous contributions ensure that IWA can continue empowering women worldwide by providing access to business education, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

By making a donation to IWA, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations to IWA, including those directed to the Lift as You Rise Program, are used exclusively to:

  • Sponsor women who cannot afford IWA memberships.

  • Provide access to IWAcademy’s business education, mentorship, and networking programs.

  • Fund initiatives that support women’s financial independence and professional growth.

  • Maintain and expand IWA’s programs, outreach, and operational activities.

 

2. Nature of Donations

  • Donations to IWA are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Donors may contribute as individuals, organizations, or corporations.

  • Contributions can be made as a one-time donation or a recurring contribution.

  • IWA reserves the right to allocate donations to areas of greatest need unless otherwise specified by the donor.

 

3. Sponsorship & Recognition

  • Donations made through Gold Membership (€299/year) sponsor one woman.

  • Donations made through Diamond Membership (€1,999/year) sponsor five women.

  • Donors who wish to receive recognition may be featured on IWA’s website, social media, and transparency page.

  • Sponsors may receive optional reports on the impact of their contribution.

 

4. Donation Process & Payment Terms

  • Donations can be made through IWA’s official website, bank transfers, or authorized fundraising platforms.

  • Payment details are securely processed, and donors will receive an email confirmation of their contribution.

  • IWA is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by payment providers.

 

5. Tax Deductibility

  • The tax-deductibility of donations depends on the donor’s country of residence and applicable tax laws.

  • IWA will issue receipts for all donations upon request, but donors are responsible for verifying tax benefits with their local authorities.

 

6. Transparency & Reporting

  • IWA is committed to financial transparency and regularly publishes reports on how donations are utilized.

  • Donors can access updates through IWA’s Annual Reports, Board Meetings, and Website Updates.

 

7. No Exchange of Goods or Services

  • Donations do not entitle donors to goods, services, or preferential treatment within IWA.

  • Sponsorship does not create a legal or financial obligation between the donor and the sponsored member.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Donor information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

  • Donors who opt for public recognition may have their name or organization listed in promotional materials.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

  • IWA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on IWA’s website, and continued donations constitute acceptance of any changes.
