Terms and Conditions for
Online English Lessons

1. Booking and Payments
All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through the designated platform. Lessons must be scheduled at least seven (7) days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. A lesson is considered confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the provider, with prior notice.

2. Attendance and Missed Lessons
Students are responsible for attending lessons at the scheduled time. Missed lessons will not be refunded. Exceptions will only be considered in cases of documented emergencies and at the sole discretion of the teacher.

3. Rescheduling Policy
A lesson may be rescheduled only under the following conditions:

• The student provides a valid reason for the request (e.g., illness, unforeseen conflict).

• The teacher agrees to the proposed rescheduling.

• The request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to meet these conditions will result in the lesson being forfeited without refund.

4. Trial Lessons and Teacher Changes
Students may request a trial lesson with a teacher. Should the student wish to change teachers after the trial, they are required to book and pay for a new lesson with the new teacher. No free trials are provided beyond the first session.

5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during lessons. Any form of disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of lessons without refund.

6. Technical Requirements
Students must ensure they have a reliable internet connection, a functioning device (computer/tablet), and necessary software (e.g., Zoom, Skype, or other platforms agreed upon). Technical difficulties on the student’s side will not be considered grounds for a refund.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Sessions may not be recorded without the explicit permission of both student and teacher.

8. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability and agreement.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

• Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in a suspension of booking privileges.

• In the unlikely event that a teacher must cancel a lesson, the student will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
