IWA at Domain Days Dubai 2024

On November 5-6, 2024, the IWA team joined Domain Days in Dubai. Natalija Japerte, IWA’s CEO, represented the Alliance at the event.

Domain Days Dubai is a two-day conference in the Middle East and Africa region. The conference brings together professionals from diverse fields of business, domain industry, etc.

During the event attendees participated in a variety of sessions where they could explore the latest industry developments in the Middle East and Africa region.

Natalija Japerte, Founder and CEO of the IWA, participated in a panel discussion titled “Champions of DNS: Women Pioneers and Innovators” with Tess Diaz, Director of Channel Development at it.com Domains and other incredible women. 

They shared their experience in managing and growing a business. In recent years, we've seen a positive trend in the number of women who hold leadership positions in business. 

“The panel was more than just a gathering; it was a reflection on the transformative power of women leading the way in technology. I had the privilege of joining visionary leaders, Tess Diaz (it.com Domains), Kamila Sekiewicz (ICA), and Selina Bieber (GoDaddy Corporate Domains). Together, we explored how innovation and purpose intersect in the DNS industry.

I shared our mission at IWA — to empower women, helping them not only thrive in business but also find purpose and fulfillment in leadership roles. This day symbolized the strength of collective purpose and the limitless potential of women driving change. I'm honored to be part of this forward-thinking community with IWA,” said Natalija Japerte.

Also, as part of Domain Days, we held an IWA Ladies Breakfast for our Gold and Diamond members. On November 5th, Natalija Japerte met with Alliance members. They discussed ways to further grow the business, the social impact of IWA, and our future plans. These types of meetings help us build new relationships and maintain existing ones.
